Caithness Paperweight Night Vision (88/150) Limited Edition Vintage Mint

  
For sale is a CAITHNESS NIGHT VISION paperweight, designed by Margot Thompson and manufactured in 1993. It measures a little over 3 "(7.75 cms) in diameter & a little over 2 7/8"(a little over 7.25 cms) tall.

The design features a black "winged" bubble hovering above a white lattice surrounding a green coloured core. The exterior of the weight has been profusely faceted. The underside has been etched, "Night Vision Caithness Scotland" & numbered, "88/150"(see underside pic above for name and edition number confirmation). However, only 121 were ever produced. This is a very limited edition and increasingly rare and more valuable.
