A Vintage Hand Blown Signed Carl Radke Iridescent Pearl Art Glass Mushroom Lamp. Luster Tiffany Style Art Glass. Height: approximately 16.5 inches tall. Diameter of glass lamp shade: approx 8.75 inches. Rayon electrical cord with inline switch & 2 settings (one dim and one brighter).

Uses a small size 15 w bulb (included). Designed with purple rims along base & lamp shade. Iridescent champagne background with brown, green, red hues. There are a few chips along the top center star piece (not very noticeable unless inspected closely). No other chips or cracks around lamp.
