MID Century Vintage Set Copenhagen Smoke Glass Ware Holmegaard MCM Danish Modern

  
We are pleased to offer this wonderful mid-century modern, original. Simple, but very elegant glassware in smoke Kastrup pattern.

It makes a lovely display in a china cabinet - wonderful for any home. This kind of glass ware is discontinued and not in production any more, it was made and. So it is almost impossible to find it in such large complete set and in such mint condition.

The Replacement value for similar pattern called "Eleonora" or "Elsinora". Reak down of piece as follows. 12 Water goblets approximately 6 3/4 tall 12 oz. 13 Wine glasses 4 3/8 tall(7 of which is slightly taller). 14 Champagne glasses 4 1/4 tall.

13 After dinner glasses 2 3/4(4 of which is slightly taller). 17 Cocktail glasses approximately 4 3/16(6 of which is slightly taller). Smoke color - "Copenhagen" pattern, created by Per Lutken. In 1953 - Homegaards best designer.

19 Water glasses 11 oz. Approximately 4 9/16(7 of which is slightly taller). 7 High ball 5 oz.

1 short glass 1 oz. Vintage storage bags are also included in the sale. All items are very carefully inspected before listing.
