Okra British Studio Glass - Small Iridescent Vase - Samarkand - Signed R Foster. Signed to the base with what I believe reads "R Foster" followed by "OKRA Collect IT No 34 of 100". I believe the decoration of this vase is called Samarkand. I have included a number of photos and these probably describe the item better than I can and form part of the description.
