The heavy silicone coating sheds molten metal splash to prevent heat transfer. This Fire Sleeve will withstand continuous operating temperatures between -40°C - +250°C and can withstand repeated short-term exposure to molten steel, molten aluminium and molten glass. Fire Protection sleeving is a very flexible sleeving designed to protect wires, cables and hoses from high ambient temperatures.
