Rare Perthshire Millennium Paperweight Limited Edition 28/500. This beautiful, exceptional quality and very decorative large paperweight contains 5 different picture canes and a millennium cane showing the year 2000. With a yellow muslin centre surrounded by ruby canes. The centre is set with a ruby six petal lamp work flower all on a white lace background.

It has a Perthshire signature cane P to indicate being made at the Perthshire Glassworks on the base. With a top facet and six side facets. A limited edition of 500 this one being number 28. Certificate is signed by Neil Drysdale who was the son of Stuart Drysdale who founded the Perthshire Paperweight Company. Perthshire Paperweights were made in Crieff Scotland from 1968 to 2002 when the glassworks was closed after the death of the founders son Neil Drysdale.
